GOLF CHALLENGE 2006

SANDFORD SPRINGS GOLF CLUB
Many clubs in Hampshire take part in this annual event, which is open to members over 50 years of age in January of the competition year. The Ladies and Seniors sections of each club hold their own competition and send a finalist to the event in September.
Age Concern Hampshire receives a donation from each section. The monies received, after deduction of the costs of the day, are used toward our work with older people in Hampshire.
All participants get a free day's golf and buffet, with the club of the overall winner being asked to host the following year's event at a concessionary rate. The winner also gets a "bye" into the following year's competition.
