Our social groups offer a warm, welcoming space to meet others and make a social connection, enjoy a chat, and take part in gentle activities. 

Designed to be inclusive and welcoming, each session supports indvidual wellbeing and connection through activities which focus on strength, balance and confidence. 

Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, our Living Well in Later Life project further enables our teams to deliver informed, tailored sessions that help you or a loved one stay active and enjoy later life in their own way.
