We offer carers and families much-needed support, reassurance and respite by providing day care services for older people that may be living with conditions such as dementia. You can have peace of mind knowing our Care and Wellbeing Centres offer nurturing day care in a safe and secure environment.
Activities & Support
Our centre offers therapeutic and cognitive activities, reminiscence, music therapy, mobility exercises (i.e. seated exercise), therapy animals, outings, singing and much more! Our skilled staff can also offer support with personal care, bathing and medication administration.
Affordable Transport
We offer transport services for those who are unable to reach our centre independently or with the help of friends or family. Our transport options are affordable and cost-effective, please speak with our centre manager to discuss availability and options to suit individual needs.
Meals & Refreshments
We provide a nutritious two-course meal, freshly prepared on-site by our skilled cook. We provide a variety of choices, ensuring each meal is both delicious and balanced. If preferred, individuals are welcome to bring their own packed lunch. Refreshments provided throughout the day.
Dementia Support
Our trained team provides compassionate, person-centred support in a welcoming environment, helping people living with dementia to stay active, maintain routines, build friendships and enjoy meaningful activities.
We also proudly lead the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Dementia Alliance.
