Our Crowdfunding Campaign

As part of our 40th Anniversary, we have launched a crowdfunding campaign to secure the future of our much-loved Social Groups. These are a lifeline for many older people facing loneliness and isolation. Due to funding cuts, these groups are under threat. We are determined to keep them free and accessible to all, but we need your support to make that happen.

Every contribution makes a difference! Your support will help safeguard essential services for older people across Hampshire.

Please donate via our Crowdfunder campaign by 2nd October 2025 to support our 40th Anniversary crowdfunder appeal.

Help at Home

Providing Essential Support for Independent Living

As the UK’s ageing population continues to grow, maintaining independence in later life has become a significant priority for older adults and their families. This increasing number of older adults highlights the growing demand for services that help individuals maintain their independence at home.
Age Concern Hampshire is addressing this need through their Help at Home service, which is designed to support older people in living independently and comfortably in their own homes. The charity’s professional and friendly Home Helpers offer tailored support to make everyday tasks more manageable for older individuals.
