Our Information Service is available to older people, their friends, family and carers. Supported by an incredible team of highly trained volunteers, the service has been highly praised for the dedication of the team and the quality of its information.

We can assist you with a Benefit Check to determine your eligibility and ensure you’re receiving all the benefits you’re entitled to.
We provide information, signposting, and help with home services, digital inclusion, foot care, activities, and specialist support.
