Age Concern Hampshire’s Care and Wellbeing Centres continue to support their clients, making quality elderly care accessible to all members of the community. Believing in providing options that cater for a diverse range of needs and financial circumstances, their centres offer personalised care, engaging activities, nutritious meals and transport.
Many individuals and families may not be aware of the financial support that can significantly offset the costs associated with day care for older members of the community. The Charity’s information hub team is available to provide information and signposting regarding local authority funding and attendance allowance, making it easier for clients to access financial assistance.

Families can effectively manage costs while still providing quality care for their loved ones with price reductions for attendances over one day. This flexibility makes Day Care a more affordable alternative to other care options and allows caregivers respite and to balance their own needs whilst ensuring their loved ones receive the necessary care and support.
As dedicated dementia specialists, centre staff are trained to support clients and their caregivers by providing a varied range of activities. These aim to enhance cognitive function, promote emotional wellbeing, and encourage social interaction to make a positive difference for those living with dementia.
The charity has Care and Wellbeing Centres offering Day Care in Dibden, Yateley, New Milton & Locks Heath, and are able to support those with mobility challenges or disabilities. Day Care packages are structured to meet specific needs, with the option to include transportation and a two-course hot meal.

Founded in 1985, Age Concern Hampshire provide services to the older community of Hampshire.
