Located in Yateley, right next door to the Everyone Active leisure centre, our Frogmore Care and Wellbeing Centre provides a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where older people can enjoy companionship, meaningful activities, nutritious meals and opportunities to stay active and engaged. For carers and families, it offers valuable reassurance and peace of mind, along with time to rest, recharge or focus on other responsibilities.

We welcome all older people, including those living with a dementia diagnosis. Our person-centred approach means we take the time to get to know each individual, understanding their interests, preferences and needs so they can enjoy their day in a way that feels comfortable, familiar and fulfilling.

At the heart of Frogmore is our dedicated team of staff and volunteers, led by Centre Manager Karen, who are passionate about helping people feel connected, valued and supported. Many of our members quickly become part of the Frogmore family, building friendships and enjoying a genuine sense of belonging.

Through ongoing specialist training, including dementia awareness and wellbeing programmes, our team has the knowledge, compassion and experience to provide high-quality support. Just as importantly, they offer a warm welcome, a listening ear and a friendly face, helping every person who walks through our doors feel at home from the moment they arrive.
